New Website Coming Soon

We're excited to launch our new website in October. It'll be much easier to use (and look at!). Our goal with our new website is to bring our members a digital branch experience - this way you can do everything you'd normally do, online - especially so that you can stay safe in these trying times.

To clarify, Online Banking is NOT changing.


Along with a fresh look and feel, we've enhanced the design to make navigating the site easier on both desktop and mobile. Here are some other things to look forward to:

Online Banking Login - Online Banking is seamlessly integrated with our new website. Just like our current site, the login is found in the top right corner of every page. Now with the click of a button, the login (and registration for new users) slides out from the right side of the screen. This document will help you locate the login button on the new website. Note: The online banking system itself is not changing.

Chatbot - Our new website has a chatbot which acts as a digital assistant to serve you! Maple, your personal digital assistant, will always be there to answer any questions you have. Curious about account options? One CU services? How to make a loan payment? Just ask Maple in the lower left corner of the screen.

Live Chat - Have a question or concern and want to instantly speak with a one of our agents? You will now be able to chat with us directly on our website. And of course, if you stump Maple, she will send you to a live agent!

Secure Forms
- You will now have access to a secure form hub; this is where you can go to take account-related actions from the safety of your home. Protecting your privacy and information is our top priority. All information submitted is stored securely so you can have peace of mind when submitting forms. With this addition, you can take many actions right from home without the need to download, print and mail, or actually travel to a branch.

Improved Search - The search function on our new website is much improved. Looking for answers and not sure where to start? Just try the search bar and chances are you can instantly find what you're looking for - it even has an auto fill feature to help you figure out what you want to search!
